An incredible FREE event promoting mens mental health. An evening to connect and chat, with info stalls, Q&A's, open conversations and arms. Rounded off with Legion Of Laughs comedy to lift everyone's spirits and encouraging a good, healthy environment for people to sink into a topic that really matters. Lived experience chats along with a fully funded FREE BBQ that has been courtesy of Essex County Counsellor - Lee Scordis.
